Dance Instruction Policy Statement 2008-2009

Dear Parents and Students please take the time to review these policies.

The monthly lesson fees are $47.00 a month.  Each additional class will add $17.00 a month to your lesson fees.  A $25.00 registration fee for the first student and $10.00 each additional student from the same family will be collected every June.

Tuition is due and payable at the FIRST LESSON OF EACH MONTH.  If it is not paid at this time a $25.00 late fee will be charged.  Tuition may be paid in cash, check or through pay pal in the form of a credit or bank card. Once tuition or any fees are paid they are non-refundable.  Any check returned will be charged a $30.00 fee.  If you discontinue your lessons you must give notice to Carrie. Lack of attendance does not constitute a drop notice.  You will be billed for any month during which you are enrolled.  No adjustments will be made for classes missed during the month. If the teacher cancels a class for any reason a make-up class will be scheduled or a discount will be given for the next month. (The studio will be closed for weather just like the Pinellas County Schools) Every student will have a folder in the student file box that will sit in the lobby.  It will be the parent’s responsibility to check this folder on a regular basis to see if there is any new information that they need to read.

Costume bills are passed out in November.  Money will be due before the Christmas break.  This is a non-refundable fee of approximately $55.00 each costume for ages 3 to 8 and $65.00 each costume ages 9 and up. You will be given a bill with exact amounts.
